The main objective of the article is to examine leadership style through a number analyses, evaluations and researches from available sources, in order discover suggested facts related activities prisms servant theory. So far, many theories have been developed, proposing different styles. One most discussed styles leadership, which implies that person must be human first, leader second. Every whole heartedly serves an organization he/she belongs. This both honor great responsibility for leader. methods used are analysis, synthesis, evaluation based on literature review. aims point out outstanding strengths needs. focuses specifying leaders need current context ever changing world, hence, proposes guidelines learn practice so they can better serve their public organizations.
